Information used

Business-development and campaign records may include a business contact's name, work role, organisation, business contact details, public professional information, communication preferences, correspondence, research sources, campaign activity and notes relevant to a potential commercial relationship.

Sources and purpose

Information may come from an organisation's website, Companies House, public business listings, professional profiles, referrals, a client-approved source or direct correspondence. It is used to assess relevance, conduct permitted business development, manage enquiries and proposals, report campaign activity and respect objections.

Lawful basis and marketing

Where applicable, limited business-contact information is processed for legitimate interests in developing relevant business services. Electronic cold outreach is restricted to suitable verified corporate subscribers in the internal workflow. Telephone screening, caller identity, commercial intent and opt-outs are recorded. Consent is used where the law requires it.

Client campaigns

Where work is performed on a client's behalf, the roles of each party, permitted purpose, data sources, channels, retention, security, instructions and deletion or return arrangements must be documented before personal data is processed. A client does not receive permission to use data for an unrelated purpose.

Retention and objections

Prospect information is reviewed at least every six months and removed when no longer needed. Suppression information may be retained so an objection is not accidentally ignored. Anyone may object to direct marketing at any time by calling the number above or using the business email once published.

Sharing and rights

Information is not sold. Zoho provides business email and may process correspondence and account information. Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and may process limited technical information such as IP addresses and request data. Depending on the circumstances, individuals may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, and may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
